CONSISTENCY OVER MOTIVATION - Tips for Staying on Track

You can’t always be motivated.

But you can be consistent.

The mistake many of us make. You set yourself up for loss if you believe that you have to be motivated all the time. It’s just not possible.

GET REAL.

You won’t always feel 100% and that is totally OK. It’s how you move through these times that makes the difference. Accepting that life is full of ups and downs is how you can learn to just ride the waves.

KEEP ACCOUNTABLE.

What do you need to do to bring you closer to your goals? How can you do it every day, or even just more often than you do now? How can you make it easier to get it done?

Hold yourself accountable for getting it done.

GET CONSISTENT.

Go easy on yourself in the process. Remember, it takes at least 21 days to form a habit, so the first few weeks will feel the hardest. Keep going with your goal in mind and soon, it will just feel like a part of life.
