EMBRACING UNCOMFORTABILITY - How Ice Baths Can Help You Grow

Life gets pretty amazing when you are striving to become the best version of yourself that you could possibly be.

It’s easy to get stuck. Going through the motions of life and feeling frustrated that nothing ever seems to change. This is because, to most of us, change is scary.

 

Realising you need to make a change is a great thing. In order to have something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.

 

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE.

In order to live an exceptional life, you must first break through the comfort zone that’s holding you back.

 

Comfort zones are there to keep us safe. We all have a little voice inside our heads that tries to stop us from doing anything different. Do it anyway. What’s the worst that could happen?

 

Usually, the reward is far greater than the risk.

GROW.

Life isn’t meant to be stuck in one place. Incredible things will happen as you learn, progress and level up. We should all be striving to be the best versions of ourselves.

 

EMBRACE UNCOMFORTABILITY.

Push yourself to be 1% better each day.

 

Go further on that run.

 

Lift a little heavier at the gym.

 

Do that breathwork or meditation.

 

Turn that warm shower to cold.

 

Take a deep breath and step in to the ice.

 

It’s the end of another year, so strive to find yourself in a bigger and better place by the end of 2023.
