How many of us skip on recovery after training?

Whether it’s a cool down stretch, ice bath or even replenishing with plenty of water or good food.. how often are you skipping out on recovery?

We all want to push ourselves as hard as we can during training. To be focused, on point, excelling.

But how much further do you think you could go if you gave your body the recovery it needed?

When you actively recover, the body works to repair soft tissue (muscles, tendons and ligaments). As well as improving blood circulation that helps with the removal of waste products from muscle breakdown that build up as a result of exercise.

If being at the top of your game is important to you, your recovery should be too.
