THE 'HOW TO'

It really is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

Everything you need is included, all you need to add is water, ice and a strong mindset.

STEP 1.

Slip each of the rods in to the sleeves.

STEP 2.

Using the pump, inflate the ring at the top of the bath.

Be careful not to overinflate, as this could cause the ring to puncture.

STEP 3.

Add your water and ice!

COOL TIPS

For the most effective results, water should be below 10 degrees celsius.

We do not recommend exceeding any more than 15 minutes max in the ice.

If you are unsure how long to spend in the ice, use the 1=1 rule. 1 degree = 1 minute.

Use your breath. Keeping control of your breath during a recovery session will help you conquer the ice. Long inhales in through the nose and long exhales out of the nose or mouth.

Enjoy. Use this time to regenerate, relax and connect with yourself.

ALL DONE?

Simply empty, release the valve of the inflatable ring, dry then fold and store away. Ensure that the Icebolt Recovery Bath is completely dry and kept in a cool place.
