Treating Inflammation through Cold Therapy

Inflammation is commonly found in the body.


Some causes of inflammation are stress, deficiencies, being overweight and poor sleep quality. Inflammation left untreated can eventuate in to a range of conditions. 


Signs to be aware of for chronic inflammation include fatigue, depression or anxiety, persistent pains and aches, frequent infections and change in weight or bowel movements.

Cold therapy helps to treat inflammation by constricting the flow of blood through your vessels. Whether it's inflammation from injury or chronic inflammation in the body, the cold reduces swelling around tissues.
